The Winter Vegetarian

It’s cold & snowy outside. All you want is a big sweater, and a big bowl of something warm & cozy to fill you up. But, if you are vegetarian or vegan, your options are a little limited when the ground is frozen over.¬†Ready to mix it up? Come join us as we learn all about seasonal vegetarian winter cooking from Chef Parker Bosley. Everything cozy & comfort-filled, just meat free!

We’ll be making some delicious meals starring eggs, beans, root vegetables and flash-frozen summer produce. The menu so far is mouth-wateringly good: Parker’s famous Vegetarian Lasagna, a demonstration on making a deeply-flavored vegetable stock, garlic & parsnip timbales, a winter stew and so much more.¬† So whether you’re a dyed-in-the-wool carnivore, a tried-and-true vegan, or somewhere in between, this class will be full of great cooking tips and techniques, delicious food, and it’s just a great reason to get out of the house on a chilly winter night and have a professional chef cook your dinner.

$30 per person covers instruction, multi-course tasting dinner, and recipe guide/technique packet to take home. Registration limited to 40 guests.
