Have questions about our CSA? We know it is a completely foreign concept to most consumers, but it is one of the hottest trends today in food retail. Below are some frequently asked questions that should help clear up any concerns you may have:
1) How do I subscribe? It's simple. Just visit www.myfreshfork.com to create an account and order online. Also, you may call or email us at 800.861.8582 or info [at] freshforkmarket [dot] com.
2) Do I have to subscribe for 22 weeks? No, BUT our "a la carte" program does not include delivery or the savings of a CSA. A CSA is the best value program we offer.
3) What if I'm on vacation? This is very common. Your credits are held for up to four weeks. That means you can splurge when you get back! The credits cannot be transferred to cash.
4) What if I can't get to the pickup-point in time? We expect this scenario occasionally. There are three (3) options. 1. Leave a cooler for us to put your food in. 2. Pickup at another location or the next day. 3. Make us brownies and we'll create a solution.
5) Is there a guarantee? YES. There is a four (4) week gurantee in which you can cancel your subscription and receive a refund for any unused credits.
6) Will I get the same thing every week? NO. Where would be the fun there? If you want to see what last year's bags were, see SAMPLES. And if you have allergies or have a special request, please alert us by Wednesday at noon.
