We provide you with convenient, reliable access to fresh, local foods at an affordable price.   

We do this by eliminating waste.  98% of Americans shop at traditional retailers - grocery stores - where food is transported on average 1,600 miles, changes hands 6 times, and 27% goes in the garbage.  You are paying for transportation, a network of brokers, and the energy associated with storing and displaying volumes of food.  In fact, farmers only get about twenty cents of each sale!   Although this model is flawed, it has faithfully served America for nearly a century and allowed our population to rapidly grow.  

We offer an alternative.  Our model is to connect you with high quality, local foods when in season. We do so by eliminating brokers with a website, limiting our supply chain to within 75 miles of Cleveland, and holding NO INVENTORY.  Everything Fresh Fork sells is prepaid, preorder.  

We try to provide convenience to our customers by allowing online sales and regional pickup locations.  We are not a replacement for the grocery store (yet).  Ordering from Fresh Fork usually takes some planning - what am I going to eat this week, how much, when.  If you don't like planning...well, our CSA is the best option for you!
