Back Ribs

Back Ribs, also known as “Baby Back Ribs,” are the topmost section of ribs taken from just underneath the loin of a hog. The longer, meatier and tougher spareribs are the section just below. Back Ribs have tender meat and don’t take as long to cook as their southern neighbors.
