      Hi Debbie–
      Charloe is a semi-soft, funky cheese from Canal Junction. The milk is from a Normandy herd (which produces a strong, barny milk) and it has a bloomy rind. We love it, but it’s definitely a cheese for strong-cheese-lovers only!
