If you haven’t planned out your menu yet and don’t quite know what ingredients you’ll need, you can always shop for extras at the back of the truck. Special orders are for current season subscribers only. So if it’s Winter, but you’re only a Summer Share Subscriber, we’re sorry but you’re going to have to wait till June to shop. If you miss us too much, then you can always join up for the remainder of the season!
Sometimes we run out of stuff.
We do our best to keep inventory on point, but sometimes things do not come in as we hoped. This might mean that something is missing from your order, or that we’ve offered you a potential substitution (like Smoked Cheddar instead of Sharp Cheddar.) We’re dealing with small farms with limited production, so for many of our farmers it’s not as easy as “just send us more, please.” Double check your Special Order at pick up, and if you’re missing something, we will credit your account, or you can choose another product available at the truck of an equal value to swap.
Tuesday at Midnight is “Pumpkin Time.”
Special orders must be placed by midnight on Tuesday for delivery that week. Double check your email confirmation for your primary pick-up location– this is where your order is headed! Orders placed after Tuesday at midnight will be filled the following delivery week.
Check all the way out.
When checking out online, your order must be totally paid for or they will not be filled. Sometimes our customers run into trouble when using vacation credits to pay for an order, but they don’t have enough and the order doesn’t fully check out. You’ll know you’ve done it when you get an email confirmation.
Pay your way.
To pay for any order online, you can use vacation credits or a credit card (3% processing fee applied.) If you would like to buy credits with cash or check, let your Greeter know at the truck and we can accommodate you.
Go “home” to get the goods!
Your order will be sent to the primary pick up location on file. If for whatever reason, you really need to have your order delivered elsewhere, you must contact us before Tuesday at midnight. We will try our best to accommodate you, but this kind of switching tends to result in more errors, and no one wants to get between you and your yogurt! Picking up at your primary location minimizes the risk of something getting lost.
