Melon-Basil Pops

Melon and Basil-- a match made in heaven. Slice you melon in half, seed, and then remove the outer rind. Cube, and then pop into the Vitamix with yogurt, basil, a pinch of sweet and salty, and then freeze! If you need popsicle molds, highly recommend the brand Zoku.

 3-4 cups Melon (cantaloupe, Sugarcube, Canary, Honeydew are best)
 dozen or so leaves of fresh basil
 Small pinch of salt
 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
 1 cup yogurt

Mix all ingredients in your Vitamix or blender until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze till solid-- at least 4 hours or ideally overnight. Enjoy!
